Abstract :
Motivation is a driving force that generates enthusiasm for a learning activity itself, which ensures the continuity of learning itself and stimulates students in the learning process, thereby creating a desire to learn. The aim of this research is to see how educators provide learning motivation in the classroom, using qualitative methods by conducting initial observations to see the situation in the field and conducting interviews to collect data in order to obtain results from the research objectives to be achieved. The results found, educators use various strategies in the learning process to increase students' motivation, educators do this in different ways by looking at the circumstances and learning styles that students prefer, so it can be concluded that the motivation given is in accordance with the experiences encountered by educators. in the learning process.
