Abstract :
One of the important factors that affect toddler growth and development is nutritional factors. Malnutrition in toddlers will have an impact on limited growth and development. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and toddler development aged (12 - 36 months) in the Limboto Health Center Working Area. The design of the study was observational analytical with a cross-sectional approach. Sampling used probability sampling with a proportional cluster random sampling technique with a number of respondents. Data collection used questionnaires and observation sheets. The results of the study showed that the majority of toddlers had normal nutritional status of 48 people with appropriate development of 44 people (55.7%), and the lowest were toddlers who had more nutritional status of 5 people (6.3%) with each toddler's development being less and doubtful of 1 person (1.3%). The conclusion was that there was a relationship between nutritional status and the development of toddlers aged (12 - 36 months) in the Limboto Health Center Working Area with a p value = 0.000 <0.05 with an average of toddlers being in good nutritional status with an appropriate level of development.
