Abstract :
The indicator for assessing maximum service quality is patient satisfaction. The level of patient satisfaction depends on the service received from the health worker according to or more than what the patient expected. The aim of this research is to determine "The relationship between the quality of outpatient services at Poly Mental and patient satisfaction at RSUD dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie. The research design uses quantitative correlational with cross sectional. Sampling used nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling with a total of 42 respondents. The results of the research show that the quality of service at the outpatient mental health clinic, Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie was good, 27 people (64.3%) with 21 people feeling satisfied (4.8%), and the lowest was poor service quality, 6 people (14.3%) with 4 people responding less satisfied (9.5%). The conclusion is that the quality of service and satisfaction of psychiatric outpatients is good at RSUD dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie
