Abstract :
This study aims to determine the Relationship between Dual Role Conflict and Work Stress in Married Nurses at Otanaha Hospital. This study uses correlational analysis with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken using a total sampling technique of 67 married nurse respondents at Otanaha Hospital. The results showed that 74.6% of married nurses at Otanaha Hospital were at a moderate level of dual role conflict and 79.1% of married nurses at Otanaha Hospital experienced moderate work stress. The relationship between dual role conflict and work stress obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.545 with p = 0.000, meaning that there is a significant relationship with a strong relationship strength and has a positive relationship direction, meaning that the higher the dual role conflict, the higher the work stress experienced. On the other hand, the lower the dual role conflict, the lower the work stress experienced.
