Abstract :
BPJS is very useful for the community, including medical health services at health facilities. One of the health services provided by the hospital is outpatient services. Outpatient services are one of the services that receive an instant assessment from patients, so that patient satisfaction will be felt immediately. This study aims to determine the satisfaction of BPJS patients with outpatient services. This research design is quantitative descriptive to determine the description of 5 dimensions: responsiveness, reliability, assurance, tangible, and empathy. Sampling using a Simple Random Sampling technique with 100 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. The research results show a good satisfaction value with 89 respondents and sufficient satisfaction with 11 respondents from the 100 samples determined. The research results on five actual dimensions. There were 93 respondents with good satisfaction and seven with sufficient satisfaction. On reliability, there were 92 respondents with good satisfaction and eight with sufficient satisfaction. On responsiveness, there were 91 respondents with good satisfaction and nine with sufficient satisfaction. There were 96 respondents with good satisfaction with assurance insurance and four with sufficient satisfaction. On empathy, there were 94 respondents with good satisfaction and six respondents with sufficient satisfaction. In conclusion, this good satisfaction is obtained from good and maximum service provided by health workers so that BPJS patients feel satisfied with the existing services.
