Abstract :
The use of natural ingredients as an alternative therapy is very helpful to reduce the cost of therapy and care for clients with diabetes mellitus. One of the best and easily available types of therapy for people with diabetes mellitus is soy milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving soy milk on sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus. The type of research used is quantitative research with a quasy experimental research design. This research was conducted in the working area of the Telaga Biru Health Center. Data analysis used paired sample t test. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 30 people. Based on the results of the analysis test, it was found that the p-value = 0.000
