Abstract :
Incidents of injury do not only occur on the highway, but can also occur in the school environment, students at school are very susceptible to injury, because when carrying out activities they are less attentive and careful, in providing first aid in the event of an injury students must have the knowledge to be able to provide first aid quickly and precisely. The general aim of the study was to determine the level of knowledge of students in performing first aid for injuries at SMA Negeri 1 Dungaliyo. This research method was carried out using a quantitative approach with a descriptive design with a total sample of 88 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed the level of knowledge with the category of knowing as many as 33 respondents (37.5%), less knowing as many as 40 respondents (45.5%) and not knowing as many as 15 respondents (17%). It was concluded that the level of knowledge of students in doing first aid was already in less category.
