Abstract :
Self-concept is a component where humans as personality development in which is has a tendency that continues to repeat can be a good thing and a bad thing, one of which is the tendency to bullying behavior. Bullying is a conscious and intentional hostile act that aims to hurt, such as frightening and making threats, is also an act of aggression or manipulation in the form of physical, verbal or psychological violence, which is intentionally carried out by a person or a group with the aim of hurting or harming a person or group of people who feel powerless. The purpose of research was to determine the relationship between self-concept and bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 2 Telaga Biru. The research design uses a descriptive quantitative method with a correlational method. The sampling technique used a total sample of 65 students in class VII. The results obtained p = 0.028 and (= 0.05 where p<(, thus it can be concluded there is a relationship between self-concept and bullying behavior among adolescents. The conclusion is self-concept in adolescents is closely related to the tendency of adolescents to bully.
