Abstract :
The problem of this research is whether using the scramble method can improve students' reading fluency in class III SD Muhammadiyah 2 Limboto Theme 1 Growth and Development of Living Things Sub-theme 4 Growth and Development of Plants. This research aims to improve students' fluency in reading through the scramble method. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. In the initial observation that was completed, there were 4 students 33%. After the action in cycle I increased to 8 students who completed 66%, who had not completed 4 students or 34%. Implementation of cycle II which was completed increased by 10 students or 83% and which had not been completed by 2 students or 17%. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that using the scramble method can improve students' reading fluency in class III SD Muhammadiyah 2 Limboto Theme 1 Growth and Development of Living Things Sub-theme 4 Plant Growth and Development.
