Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the quality of service in the Culinary Area of Pantai Pohon Cinta, Pohuwato Regency. This type of research in this research is descriptive quantitative where this research is deductive in nature, research that uses concepts and theories to answer the problem formulation and develop hypotheses. Then the hypothesis will be tested through data collection in the field. Based on the description of the results of the research above regarding the Quality of Service in the Culinary Area of Pohon Cinta beach, Pohuwato Regency resulted in the following conclusions: The overall service quality results have Based on the results of the research it is proven that uniform wearers for employees do not have a fixed uniform, because the concept of a restaurant in Pohon Cinta Beach. But even though not all of them are wearing uniforms and matching other employees, the staff pays attention to the cleanliness and tidiness of their appearance. Because this will affect the comfort of visitors if they are not clean and tidy. But all of this exists and is carried out by all the employees in the Culinary Area of the Pohon Cinta Beach.
