Abstract :
Globally, work fatigue contributes 50% to work accidents. This study aims to analyze the relationship between tenure, workload, and work environment with work fatigue. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique with a total of 33 respondents. The average working period of nurses at the Anggrek District Health Center, North Gorontalo Regency, is more than 5 years, nurses who experience work fatigue are caused by repetitive tasks, both muscle and emotional work, and the work environment expected of nurses at the Anggrek District Health Center to minimize work fatigue, one of which is a work environment that is in accordance with the work. Statistical test results obtained Pearson Chi-Square p = 0.000 with ? ? 0.05, statistical test results obtained Pearson Chi-Square p = 0.027 with ? ? 0.05 and statistical test results obtained Pearson Chi-Square values p= 0.027 with ? ? 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the work environment and nurse fatigue at the Anggrek District Health Center, North Gorontalo Regency
