Abstract :
This study aims to find out how the Implementation of Road Infrastructure Development in Bulota Village, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. From the results of the study, it was found that the organization carried out was in accordance with the rules, where the Gorontalo Regency PUPR Office carried out a contractor recruitment mechanism properly. However, at the time of the implementation of road construction activities did not run as the agreed employment contract, which caused the termination of the employment contract to the contractor. Then it was also found that the supervision of the work done was too lacking. Where the PUPR Office in the implementation of supervision has appointed a third party to do so. However, the implementation of supervision by third parties did not run as expected so that in its implementation it produced work that was not in accordance with the existing agreement.
