Abstract :
ANC examination is a very important activity in identifying the welfare of the mother and fetus. This research aims to determine the compliance of pregnant women in the 10T antenatal care (ANC). This research design is Quantitative Descriptive. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results obtained were the majority of respondents' characteristics based on age, namely 17-25 years, the majority of respondents' characteristics based on education, namely junior high school, the highest majority of occupations, namely IRT, the majority of the highest gestational age characteristics, namely Trimester II, the majority of characteristics of compliance of pregnant women based on the highest ANC visits and based on the results of research conducted at the Asparaga Health Center in Gorontalo Regency showed that 24 pregnant women were compliant with Antenatal Care (ANC) visits with low quality (10T) and 21 pregnant women were not compliant with Antenatal Care (ANC) visits. The results are expected to improve Antenatal Care (ANC) services and be able to provide quality Antenatal Care (ANC) services. This research can be used as a basis for further research which will benefit all of us, especially in the selection of research variables, namely work and husband's support.
