Abstract :
This study aims to describe the Responsiveness of Administrative Services at the State Police School (SPN Polda Gorontalo), the research method uses a qualitative type with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. observations, interviews and other information, the results of the study show that responsiveness with indicators, namely, good attitude and communication, fast service, precise service, has been carried out optimally, this is indicated by the response of officers who are quite swift in serving the administrative service needs of the unit other work units (satker) within the Gorontalo Police
