Abstract :
Head injury is a change in brain function or other evidence of brain pathology that is not the result of a disease process but is an external force or pressure. The objective of research was to determine the relationship type of injury, location, Complementary Diseases and Decreased Consciousness in Head Injury Patients. This research is a literature study that was searched online through the ProQuest, PubMed, ScienDirect, and Google Scholar databases. With the results of 4,986 journals, then a screening was carried out to produce 30 journals and then the feasibility test resulted in 5 reviewed journals. The journal was included in the inclusion of the appropriate title, goals and conclusions and was published in the last five years. The results indicated that the type of injury, location of the injury, and omorbidities cause a oss of consciousness. Therefore it can be concluded that decreased consciousness can occur in patients with comorbidities in head injuries
