Abstract :
The tourism sector has always been an excellent source of regional income if the area is has potential tourism potential and is managed professionally. become a tourist attraction attractive destinations for tourists to visit. More and more tourist visits will be have an impact on the acceptance of regional retribution, especially regional original income. The aim of this study to find out the potential of tourism objects in supporting the local revenue of Gorontalo Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach using time series data. and interviews. The results of the research show that there are potential tourism objects in Gorontalo Regency every year in the last 5 years (2015-2019) it has continued to decline in terms of achievements realization. However, it is still not able to contribute in supporting the Regency's PAD Gorontalo. Based on the results of interviews conducted and direct observation in the field, revenue from tourism objects should be able to contribute in supporting PAD Gorontalo Regency. Because the Gorontalo Regency area has various tourism potentials, both nature tourism and beach tourism as well as bathing tours such as the Pentadio Resort in Limboto and Taluhu Barakati in Batudaa District.
