Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of BHABINKAMTIBMAS in the implementation of the community environmental safety system. The research method used is a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type. The results showed that the effectiveness of BHABINKAMTIBMAS in the implementation of the Community Environmental Security System in the jurisdiction of the Marisa Polsek, Pohuwato Regency has not been effective. Where the implementation of the siskamling program is currently constrained by the number of Bhabinkamtibmas which is only 8 personnel. Of the 8 personnel, only some of them already have Dikbang (development education) while others come from different concurrent positions, such as from Lantas, Criminal Investigation and others, so that the quality of Bhabinkamtibmas members still does not meet the level of competence as Bhabinkamtibmas. There is no budget support for the implementation of Bhabinkamtibmas duties to the community. However, in optimizing the rolling model service for Bhabinkamtibmas personnel from one security post to another.
