Abstract :
This study aims to find out how the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) in optimizing Financial Management at the Kayumerah Village Office, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of the research obtained that the Optimization of Regional Management Information Systems (SIMDA) in Financial Management at the Kayumerah Village Office, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency, were found not to be optimally usable. Where when accessing is often hampered by the use of the internet network which is simultaneously used by the public. In addition, when accessing the Regional Finance Agency, it also experienced obstacles because it coincided with the use of OPD and from other Kelurahan/Village Governments. Another thing is also related to human resources owned by the Kayumerah Village Government who do not have the skills or ability to improve if the system experiences human error. Then related to financial management using SIMDA has been good, where if referring to studies related to financial management functions, namely: 1) Financial and Budget Planning (Budgeting), 2) Control (Controling), 3) Auditing (Auditing), and 4) Reporting (Reporting) has gone well. However, this application on other factors can be considered not optimal to be maximized.
