Abstract :
Quality health services are the most efficient health services, health services that always try to meet patient expectations, so that patients will always feel indebted or very grateful. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of health services at the SPN Polda Gorontalo polyclinic. The research design used is descriptive non-analytic using quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach. The number of respondents in this study were 32 respondents. The results showed that the quality of health services at the SPN Polda Gorontalo Polyclinic based on Tangibles was mostly in the sufficient category with 14 respondents (43.8), the quality of health services based on Reliability was mostly in the sufficient category with 16 respondents (50.0), the quality of health services was based on partial Responsiveness The large category is sufficient for 18 respondents (56.3), the quality of health services based on Assurance is mostly in the sufficient category for 18 respondents (56.3), and the quality of health services based on Empathy is mostly in the good category with 16 respondents (50.0). The conclusion in the study is that the quality of health services during the Covid-19 pandemic was considered good, but it needs to be optimized on the Tangibles dimension.
