Abstract :
This research aims to determine the role of educators in increasing the motivation of grade IV students at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Limboto. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using data triangulation consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results on the role of educators in increasing the learning motivation of grade IV students at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Limboto are the role of educators, making students active in learning activities, creating a pleasant classroom atmosphere, explaining learning objectives to increase student motivation, creating a conducive classroom atmosphere by implementing effective learning, varying learning methods, increasing enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning, giving awards to students, creating learning activities that increase student learning motivation.Educators? efforts in increasing students? learning motivation are carried out by making students active in learning, creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, increasing students' interest, creating a conducive classroom atmosphere, effective and efficient learning, and implementing varied learning.
