Abstract :
This study aims to determine the extent of the Implementation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Program in Pauwo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach and a descriptive type of research. The results of the study found that the Implementation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Program in Pauwo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency has been quite well implemented. Where of the 3 (three) indicators of program implementation that are theoretical references in this study, all three have been quite good in their implementation. However, from the results of the study, it was also found that the implementation of this program in terms of human resources was not as expected and the implementation of the program did not fully get support from the community. In addition, it was also found that the implementation of this program did not cover all areas in Pauwo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. So this also received a little unfavorable reaction from the community who thought the Village Government chose a location that was only determined unilaterally by its officials.
