Abstract :
Poverty is a condition when a person or group cannot fulfill their basic rights to maintain and develop a dignified life. Poverty applied in many countries, including Indonesia, is the ability to fulfill basic needs. The problem that often occurs is that many recipients of PKH assistance are not on target, the criteria for residents surveyed need to follow government regulations, so there are still people who still need to receive PKH. The purpose of this research is to determine and quickly analyze the recipients of the Family Hope Program assistance on target and measure the accuracy of the decision support system to determine the eligibility of the Family Hope Program beneficiaries. From the data processing results of prospective recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in 2020, the highest preference value is 0.617, and the lowest preference value is -0.447. The average is 0.172 from a data sample of 502. Of the many samples 502, if the 25 largest are taken (according to the number of family heads in Donggala Village), it shows that the distribution of the population?s poverty level is uneven, so the village government?s policy must reduce poverty more specifically.
