Abstract :
The Pratama Clinic, Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo records patients and records using a notebook such as the registration, examination, payment, and patient systems. In this case the use of technology is very useful to support the recording process at the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo Primary Clinic. In the process of recording personal data and patient history data that is still recorded in the medical record book. Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo Pratama Clinic really needs a management information system to help clinical performance and data collection of patients who come for treatment and can assist in archiving or storing patient data and patient life history.
