Abstract :
ABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia dianggap sebagai salah satu aset terpenting perusahaan karena perannya sebagai subjek pelaksanaan kebijakan perusahaan dan kegiatan operasionalnya.Mutasi merupakan perpindahan pegawai dari satu instansi ke instansi lain, di dalam satu wilayah atau di luar wilayah.. Semangat kerja adalah keadaan psikologis seseorang yang berupa keikhlasan dan keinginan yang kuat untuk bekerja lebih keras agar tujuan yang diinginkan dapat tercapai. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan kepadanya berdasarkan keahlian pengalaman, serta kejujuran dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untunk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Mutasi Dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pegadaian Cabang Belopa.penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara membagikan kuesioner.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mutasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Mutasi dan semangaat kerja secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRAK Human resources are considered one of the most important assets of the company due to its role as the subject of the implementation of corporate policies and its operational activities. Mutation is the movement of employees from one agency to another, within one region or outside the region. Morale is a psychological state of a person in the form of sincerity and a strong desire to work harder so that the desired goal can be achieved. Performance is the result of the work that a person achieves in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on experiential expertise, as well as honesty and time. This study aims to find out whether there is an Effect of Mutation and Morale on the Performance of Employees of PT Pegadaian Belopa Branch.this research uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of this study, it shows that mutations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Morale has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Mutations and work together or simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance.
