Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. The number of samples in this study amounted to 30 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch, 2). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. The results of the F test show that work discipline and motivation simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor Masamba Branch. Work discipline and motivation have a contribution or influence on employee performance variables by 74.10%, while the remaining 25.90% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
