Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo. This research method is a type of quantitative research using primary data with data collection technques using questinnaires. The populatoin used in this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo. The sample selectionmethod in this study is a saturated sampling method where all members of the population are sampled because the sampling is relatively small. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate that supervision has a positive an significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Palopo Keywords : Supervision, Employee performance
