Abstract :
This study aims to see how much influence the work stress and work conflict have on the morale of employees at the Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were 102 employees and lecturers, the sample collection technique used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 51 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Job Stress and Work Conflict do not have a positive and insignificant effect on the Morale of Employees of Muhammadiyah Palopo University.
