Abstract :
ABTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. Kasmar Matano Persada, North Luwu Regency. This research method is a type of quantitative research using primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population used in this research were all employees of PT. Kasmar Matano Persada . The sample selection method in this research is a saturated sampling or census method where all members of the population are sampled because the sampling is relatively small. So the sample in this study was 57 people. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression model with the help of the SPSS Version 26 program. The results of this research show that (1) Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kasmar Matano Persada (2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kasmar Matano Persada. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Work Motivation,. INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Kasmar Matano Persada Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Kasmar Matano Persada . Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh atau sensus dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel karena pengambilan sampel relative kecil. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 57 orang. Dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kasmar Matano Persada (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kasmar Matano Persada. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja,
