Abstract :
ABSTRACT Employee performance is always related to the factors that influence it. Knowing the factors that influence performance will make it easier for managers to identify what makes employee performance optimal. This research aims to determine the influence of discipline, motivation, compensation on employee performance at the Building Business Shop in Masamba. The population selected in the research was all employees of the Masamba Building Business Shop totaling 31 people. The researcher took a sample of 31 people, with a sampling technique using total sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the discipline variable is significant and has a real effect on employee performance variables, the discipline t-count value > t-table (5.865 > 1.701). The motivation variable is significant and has a real effect on employee performance variables, the t-calculated motivation value is > t-table (3.945 > 1.701). The compensation variable is significant and has a real effect on employee performance variables, t-calculated compensation value > t-table (6.450 > 1.701). The variables discipline, work motivation and compensation are jointly significant and have a real effect on employee performance variables at the Building Business Shop in Masamba, F-count value > F-table (18.876 > 2.96). Key words: Discipline, motivation, compensation, performance INTISARI Kinerja karyawan selalu berkaitan dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya dengan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja akan memudahkan manajer mengidentifikasi apa yang menjadikan kinerja karyawan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, motivasi, kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Toko Usaha Bangunan di Masamba. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua karyawan Toko Usaha Bangunan Masamba sebanyak 31 orang, peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 31 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin signifikan dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, nilai t-hitung disiplin > t-tabel (5,865 > 1,701). Variabel motivasi signifikan dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, nilai t-hitung motivasi > t-tabel (3,945 > 1,701). Variabel kompensasi signifikan dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, nilai t-hitung kompensasi > t-tabel (6,450 > 1,701). Variabel disiplin, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama signifikan dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan pada Toko Usaha Bangunan di Masamba, nilai F-hitung > F-tabel (18,876 > 2,96).
