Abstract :
Abstrack
His study aims to determine whether Leadership and Conflict have a significant
effect on Job Stress of BPJS Kesehatan Employees. The research method used is a
quantitative method using primary data, the data collection method using a
survey questionnaire to 30 employees of the Palopo City Health BPJS. The
analysis in this study used analysis in this study using multiple linear regression
analysis, after the data was collected, the data were analyzed using the SPSS
program (statistical product and service solution) version 21. The results of this
study were multiple linear regression analysis through t test, Leadership (X1).
proven to have no effect on work stress, conflict (X2) is proven to have an effect
on work stress, but through the f test (simultaneous) all independent variables in
this study equally have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely job
stress.
