Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether recruitment, selection and training have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera, Luwu Branch. The research method used is quantitative methods using primary data, data collection methods using a questionnaire survey to 73 employees of PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera, Luwu Branch. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, after the data was collected, the data were analyzed using the SPSS program (statistical product and service solution) version 25. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis through the t test, recruitment (X1) proved to have an effect on employee performance. , selection (X2) is proven to have an effect on employee performance, training (X3) is proven to have an influence on employee performance, through the F test (simultaneous) all independent variables in this study have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance.
