Abstract :
From the previous chapter, the writer could conclude some points. The first point is about the writer 's experience during her internship in using verbal and non-verbal communication in guiding foreign tourists in De Javasche Bank. The second point is about the implementation of such as Faithful Translation that the writer used to translate brochures and objects descriptions in De Javasche Bank. The use of the verbal and non-verbal communication in guiding the foreign tourist at De Javasche Bank are speaking in English as an international language while using pleasant tone, asking for clarification and giving suggestion to the foreign tourist. Moreover, it is used in guiding because it is the primary technique in communicating with foreign tourists In the other side, non-verbal communication is also an important addition in communicating with foreign tourists, thus to attract the tourists' interest to the subject that the tour guides were trying to say and make impression., for instance, using eye contact while explaining to the tourist, also gesture in pointing at some objects while guiding to attract the attention of the tourist.
