Abstract :
This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method of Ali Fauzi Manzi's personal rebranding efforts as an ex-terrorist to improve his negative image. These efforts refer to the main concepts required in personal branding according to Montoya (2008) and supported by several characteristics of personal rebranding according to McNally & Speak (2012). Based on the research results, it was known that Al Fauzi Manzi's personal rebranding efforts were caused by internal factors and external factors. Personal rebranding efforts are shown in the formation of personalities, characteristics and activities that lead to the path of peace. The concepts studied include specialization, personality, leadership, distinctive, relevant and consistent. A series of Ali Fauzi Manzi's personal rebranding efforts were facilitated and organized in the Yayasan Lingkar Perdamaian. So that based on several statements and responses from the families of the victims in various media, it shows that Ali Fauzi Manzi's image changes KKB KK-2 TSK.09-2 Lai uwhich are getting better.
