Abstract :
This study focuses on public responses to the Judicial Commission's public relations communication activities on the Judicial Commission's social media. The stimulus from the Judicial Commission's public relations communication activities on social media was received by the organism, namely the public, which then gave rise to various kinds of responses, both affective, conative and cognitive. Through FGDs, we found factors that influenced various kinds of public responses, both internal and external. In terms of the character of social media followers, informants who follow all of the Judicial Commission's social media (facebook, twitter, instagram) do not necessarily want to be involved in public relations communication activities on social media. Therefore, this study also finds a series of public relations challenges in public involvement and the development of public relations communication activities for government social media models such as the Judicial Commission which is still at the level of information dissemination and public involvement is still low.
