Abstract :
Asian palm civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) is an endemic civet in Indonesia whose population need to be preserved. This study aim was to determine the sperm morphometric dimensions of the head and tail of Asian palm civet using malachite green stained and unstained method. Nine male Asian palm civets used in this study were one year old or more and had previously copulated female civet. The technique for collecting semen (spermatozoa) were using the swab after mating.
