Abstract IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION SYSTEM USING SCRUM METHOD: CASE STUDY AT BUDI UTOMO KERTOSONO VOCATIONAL SCHOOL REXY AMANULLOH NIM. 202355201010 This research discusses the development and implementation of a web-based student enrollment system at SMK Budi Utomo Kertosono using the Scrum method. The system is designed to replace the previously used manual registration process, which was often time-consuming, prone to human error, and inefficient. By employing the Scrum method, the system's development was carried out iteratively and collaboratively, involving various stakeholders to ensure the system meets user needs and expectations. The implementation results show that the developed system not only enhances the efficiency of the registration process but also expands accessibility for prospective students from different regions, while reducing potential errors and speeding up data processing.
