Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy of applying information systems and technology in the process of paying Land and Building Tax in Jombang Regency. Data were obtained from the results of analysis and research with a number of system operator practitioners, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that in accordance with the principles of good policy implementation for increasing PBB P2 payments in real time. The Jombang Regency Government has shown a commitment to improving public services related to compliance with land and building tax payments. So that the accuracy of taxpayer payments can be identified quickly and accurately. Keywords: Policy, Information Systems and technology, PBB P2
