Abstract :
SPAM OPTIMIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT STUDY IN THE NORTH OF BRANTAS REGIONAL DRINKING WATER PUBLIC COMPANY ?TIRTA KENCANA? JOMBANG DISTRICT MOCHAMAD DAVIF JUNIARKO / 162322201007 ABSTRACT Clean water is a basic need of human life. In an effort to implement a Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM), the government has made regulations as outlined in Government Regulation No. 122 of 2015 concerning the Development of a Drinking Water Supply System. With the continued increase in population in Jombang Regency, the Jombang Regency Government through the Jombang Regency Drinking Water Corporation seeks to improve services in the drinking water sector through the development of drinking water facilities and infrastructure that can be utilized by the community in Jombang Regency. Currently, the coverage of drinking water services by Perumda Water Drinking Jombang Regency in the administrative area of ??Jombang Regency is still small, namely 17.9%. As an effort to increase service coverage, the Jombang Regency Water Supply Corporation will prepare a study on the optimization and development of SPAM, especially in the Jombang Regency area to the north of the Brantas River to meet the increased water demand in the region. The drinking water service system of the Tirta Kencana Perumda Water Supply consists of house connections, public hydrants and drinking water tankers, and the Non-PDAM system consists of HIPPAM. Based on the water usage data of Perumda Water Drinking Tirta Kencana, the current amount of water demand for the northern part of the Brantas River is 81 liters/person/day. And the leakage rate is assumed to be 20% as the permissible standard. It is necessary to replace the Pipe in the Responsibility Unit area at the SB point. Responsibility, and Ds. Losari, in the Bawangan Unit area at point SB. Bawangan, in the Kabuh Unit area in SB. Kabuh, in the Kudu Unit area in Ds. Jatigedong to Ds. Jatibanjar & Ds. Pandanblole. For additional pipes in the Bawangan Unit area at point Ds. Bawangan, in the Kabuh Unit area at point Ds. Kedungjati.
