Abstract :
Dwi Ayu Lestari, Faculty of Economics Darul Ulum University Jombang, was born in Jombang on October 14, 1998. The effect of education level and work experience on employee performance at UD. Putra Mandiri Motor. Head of supervisor Rubait Dasururi, SE., M.Si Advisory Commission Betty Rahayu, SE., M.Si. This study aims to determine partially the effect of education level (X1), work experience (X2) on employee performance (Y), to simultaneously determine the effect of education level (X1) and work experience (X2) on employee performance (Y), to find out which is the most dominant level of education (X1) and work experience (X2) on employee performance (Y). This study uses a positivist approach. The data used in this study is questionnaire data distributed to 30 respondents. The population in this study were UD. Putra Mandiri Motor as many 30 respondents, with the method of determining the saturated sample, that is, all members of the population are sampled. Data analysis in this study is a test of data quality, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The result of this study indicate that partially the level of eduaction (X1), work experience (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Putra Mandiri Motor. Simultaneously the level of education (X1) and work experience (X2) does not significantly affect the performance of employess (Y) at UD. Putra Mandiri Motor. Neither of the two variables is the most dominant because both have no significant effect.
