Abstract :
ABSTRACT One of the assistance programs formed by the govement to reduce povety in the community to meer basic needs is the Non-Cash Foof Assistance Program (BPNT).This study aims to determine the implementation of the Non-Cash Fppd Assistance Program in Wedegan village Panjang. The research method is qualitative, the resercher looks for data by interview and observation. There are 5 informants from this study. The results of th research on the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in te village of WedegaN Panjang, have been running optimally according to the indicators according to Metter and Horn, namely : Interorganizational comunication, Characteristics of Implementers, Social, Ekonomic and Political conditions and Disposition or Attitude of Implementers. Although sometimes there are still problems that become obstacles but all can be resolved properly so that the goal can be achieved. Likewise, the process of distibuting Non-Cash Food Assistance has gone well and is right on target so that the community can feel the impact on welfare.
