Abstract :
Weir buildings that have been built for a long time require operation and maintenance so that their existence can always operate and function properly and sustainably. To assess the performance of the jelis weir, a discharge measurement simulation is carried out using a current meter measuring device and an assessment of the condition of the building. For the measurement of discharge in the measuring building using the SNI8066;2015 calibration tuning and analysis of the condition of the weir building using the IKS1 (Irrigation System Performance Index) method based on the Minister of PUPR Regulation Number 12/PRT/M/2015 concerning Exploitation and Irrigation Maintenance The results of the discharge measurement are compared with the standard discharge at the location 1 at 10 cm opening Q=89.64 l/sec (difference -10.52%), opening 20 cm Q=145.62 l/sec(difference 2.41%>), opening 30 cm Q=4J3, 64 l/s (difference l.86%), on site 2 at the door opening 10 cm Q=92.67 l/sec (difference -14.25%), opening 20 cm Q= 141.89 l/sec(difference 4.78%>), opening 30 cm 0=414, 84 l/sec (difference 1.57%) at the two measurement locations, the difference between the standard discharge coefficient reading the discharge label and the measurement calibration coefficient was f 2.35%, while the error response to reading the discharge label on the Threshold Width/Drempel measuring instrument was less than <2%. The accuracy of the readings of the water discharge in the measuring building is not as it should be so that it affects irrigation water services, this is caused by various hats, including the value of roughness, sediment, age and the viscosity of the water itself. The results of the dam performance assessment are based on the condition of the building where 6 aspects can be assessed for the condition of the building, namely the main building, intake building, drain building, mud bag, sluice gate, the percentage of sediment obtained by the Jetis weir index value in GOOD condition and component damage to the Jetis weir of f7.05% Keywords : Coefficient of Debit, Building Measure, Performance of Weir Building, Current Meter
