Abstract :
Good time control is expected to assist the implementation of the project according to the planned time. Project delays for contractors will experience time and cost losses, because the contractor's expected profits will be reduced, or no profit will be made at all. The delay in the completion of project work will cause losses to the operating time of the project results, so that the use of the project is delayed or delayed. As in the construction project for the Petra 6 junior high school building, work delays occurred, causing losses on the part of the provider (contractor). Due to the large number of various building work items that must be done, from the construction service provider or contractor a good and neat construction management is needed so that the project being worked on can be completed according to the contract time stated in the contents of the project contract. However, in the process of carrying out the work until the completion of the work there was a delay in the work. To find work items that cause work delays, the Critical Path Method is used. The aim is to find out how to apply CPM (Critical Path Method) in estimating the end time of project completion for each week. This research project for the construction of the Petra 6 Junior High School building is more advanced (5 days with a total cost of Rp. 9,711,658,219.84).
