Abstract :
Karangrejo Bridge is a bridge located in Karangrejo District in Tulungagung Regency which is an alternative route for goods transport vehicles from Tulungagung to Kediri and vice versa and is a liaison between 2 Districts, namely Karangrejo District and Kedungwaru District. This bridge in the initial planning was planned with a width of 9 meters and a span of 60 meters without a center pillar with a reinforced concrete floor construction with a thickness of 20 cm and using a WF 700 x 300 x 14 main girder, the top edge and diagonal rods using WF 400 x 400 x 13, Ties Wind Up Down L 100 x 100 x 4, the distance between buhuhl is 5 meters, the girder extends the edge of the WF 400 x 400 x 13. In its development after the construction was completed, the Karangrejo bridge which had been completed turned out to be deflected in the middle of the floor plate slab. Therefore, the authors conducted a damage analysis for the Karangrejo bridge with a solution to replace the bridge floor plate. The method used is by using the composite system method, reinforced concrete floor slab with a quality of 30 Mpa ultimate loading refers to the RSNI T-02-2005 regulations. From the analysis calculation, it was obtained that the thickness of the floor slab was 25 cm using longitudinal reinforcement D16-100 mm, transverse reinforcement D13-100 mm. Middle girder extends WF 350 x 350 x 13 total 5 with a maximum distance of 1.60 m between each gusset plate.
