Abstract :
A good time comparison is expected to help the implementation of the project according to the planned time. comparing working time and overtime hours for contractors will experience efficient work time. Delay in the completion of project work will cause losses to the operating time of the project results, so that the use of the project becomes an understanding between the addition of workers and overtime hours. As in the Pogoh Loceret Nganjuk bridge construction project, delays in work caused losses on the part of the provider (contractor). Due to the many different items of bridge work that must be done, the construction project that is being worked on can be completed in accordance with the contract time stated in the contents of the project contract. However, in the process of comparing work time and overtime hours of work, there are slight differences in project work. To find work items that cause work delays, research methods are used. The aim is to find out how to apply the Research Method in estimating the final project completion time for each week. Implementation of the project difference for 2 days.
