Abstract :
M. Reno David Pradana Supervisor Dr. Henny Dwijayani, SE., M.Si. M. Reno David Pradana, a management study program at the Faculty of Economics, Darul 'Ulum University, was born in Sidoarjo on June 14, 1999. The Effect of Motivation with Discipline as a Mediation Variable on Employee Performance in PR. DD " Dadi Money " Malang. Chief Advisor Henny Dwijayani, SE., M.Sc. Supervising committee (Dra. Hj. Aslicha, M.Si). The type of research used in this study is quantitative positivism, with the survey method and the number of samples in this study as many as 80 respondents and the data processing techniques used are as follows: validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test, path analysis, hypothesis testing. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance, discipline on employee performance and the effect of motivation with discipline as a mediating variable on employee performance. The results of the study of motivation on employee performance based on the T test (partial), the results of processing SPSS version 25 by obtaining the results of a significance value = 0.000 this value is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the motivation variable has a significant influence on employee performance. The results of disciplined research on employee performance based on the T test (partial), the results of processing SPSS version 25 with the results of a significance value = 0.000 this value is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the motivation variable has a significant influence on employee performance. And the results of the study of motivation with discipline as a mediating variable on employee performance based on path analysis assisted with a Sobel calculator obtained a result of 5.10967 this value is greater than 1.96 then motivation with discipline as a mediating variable has a significant effect on employee performance.
