Jombang dated March 2, 1997. Effect of Free Cash Flow and Profitability Against
Dividend Payout Ratio in Manufacturing Companies on the Stock Exchange

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of free cash flow and
profitability to dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies on the
Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2020) either simultaneously or partially.
The type of research used in this research is research quantitatively using
secondary data contained in the IDX. Amount The sample used is 10 companies
within five years, namely: 2016 to 2020. The data obtained were then analyzed
using SPSS application tools.
Research results based on analysis using SPSS shows that free cash flow
and profitability have a positive and simultaneously significant to the dividend
payout ratio of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. In addition, the
results of the partial test show the free variable cash flow has a positive and
significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, as well as the probability variables
that have a positive and significant effect on dividend payout ratio of
manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange.
