Abstract :
ABSTRACTION Muhammad Khoirul Afif: Overview of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence According to Dr. Ary Ginanjar Agustian in the book Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) way 165, Study Program of Islamic Education, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Darul 'Ulum University, (2022). This study aims to 1). To know the definition of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence according to dr. Ary Ginanjar Agustian 2). To find out what are the benefits of having spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence according to dr. Ary Ginanjar Agustian. 3). What are the advantages and disadvantages of the concept of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of Dr. Ary Ginanjar Agustian ? In the book ESQ Way 165, there are materials about leadership training and personality development in forming strong characters that combine the concepts of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) in an integrated and transcendental way in an effort to improve performance and productivity. The book ESQ Way 165 aims to open the gates of the heart dimension, invites and empowers participants to discover the basic values: honesty, justice, togetherness, creativity, discipline that really exists in humans and is also a basic human goal. This will stimulate all self-potential (IQ, EQ and SQ) in life activities. Problem analysis, basic value hypothesis, solution study, and proof are essentially a universal perception of the essence of the role of spirituality. That is, the process is carried out by three different intelligences, namely IQ, EQ and SQ. In fact, the combination of the three intelligence concepts in a unified whole is a manifestation of a character with a tough personality.
