The success of a company or organization in processing human resources will
determine the success of the company in achieving it. Factors that affect employee performance
are work discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work discipline and
work motivation affect employee performance in the supply asset unit of the Jombang Regency
General Hospital..
The research uses a quantitative approach in the form of associative which is carried
out through data collection in the field. population of all employees of the Assets and Supplies
Unit of the Regional Hospital of Jombang Regency which amounted to 30 people. The data
analysis technique used inferential analysis techniques consisting of validity, reliability,
normality, and regression tests. Test the hypothesis using t test, and test the coefficient of
determination.
The results showed that work discipline partially affected the performance of the
Employees of the Unit Assets of the Regional General Hospital of Jombang Regency and work
motivation partially affected the performance of the Employees of the Supplies Assets Unit of
the Regional General Hospital of Jombang Regency.
