Abstract :
Ustadzah's Creativity in Creating Effective Teaching and Learning Situations for TPQ Al-Hikmah Santri Tampingmojo Tembelang Jombang, Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Darul 'Ulum University Jombang, 2022. This study aims to determine Ustadzah's creativity in creating effective teaching and learning situations for students at TPQ Al-Hikmah Tampingmojo Tembelang Jombang and to find out the obstacles faced by Ustadzah in creating creativity in teaching and learning activities at TPQ Al-Hikmah Tampingmojo Tembelang Jombang. This research is qualitative, taking the background of TPQ Al-Hikmah Tampingmojo Tembelang Jombang. Where researchers go to the field to make direct observations about a phenomenon that occurs. and in data collection, the author uses the method of observation, interviews (interviews), and documentation. As for the analysis, the author uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique in the form of a description with words or sentences according to the category of research data in order to get a conclusion. The results of the research conducted by the author can be conveyed, that the creativity of the cleric in creating an effective teaching and learning situation for the students of TPQ Al-Hikmah Tampingmojo Tembelang Jombang is quite competent and professional in their field. This can be seen from the cleric's creativity in designing materials, designing their own materials and using interesting learning strategies and inspiring students' motivation. While the efforts made by Ustadz to increase creativity include increasing the ability of Ustadzah's work discipline, cultivating his creativity in carrying out learning and providing bright ideas or the ability to help learn and provide learning motivation for students so that students' achievement results will be better.
