ABSTRACTION Robith, Al-Azizi, 2022. Peran Orang Tua Dalam Pembinaan Akhlakul Karimah Santri Madrasah Diniyah Siti Chodijah Balongbendo Sidoarjo. Skripsi, Progam Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Darul ?Ulum Jombang. Pembimbing I Dr. Mishbahus Shudur, M.A. dan pembimbing II Abdul Natsir S.Ag. M.HI This study aims to determine the role of parents in fostering the character of Karimh Santri at Madrasah Diniyah Siti Chodijah Balongbendo Sidoarjo. This research is qualitative by taking the background of Madrasah Diniyah Siti chofijah Balongbendo Sidoarjo. Data was collected by means of interviews, field notes, pictures, photos, video recordings and observations. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using Pre-Field Analysis, Field Data Analysis, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing/Verification to find out whether there is a role for parents in fostering the morality of the Islamic students of Madrasah Diniyah Siti Chodijah Balongbendo Sidoarjo. The results showed as follows: the role of parents at the Madrasah diniyah Siti Chodijah Balongbendo Sidoarjo in teaching morality has been applied by all parents to their students, so they have good manners, although not all students at Madrasah Diniyah have good morals. However, the parents at the Diniyah Madrasah have made as much effort as possible to play a role in fostering the morality of the santri, the efforts of the parents at the Siti Chodijah Diniyah Madrasah Balongbendo Sidoarjo have carried out their duties as a parent in fostering the morality of the santri by setting a good example. towards his students. So that a student can follow what must be done by his parents. However, there are still students at the Diniyah Madrasah who do not want to do the things that have been exemplified by their parents. Parents have also carried out their obligations such as giving responsibility to their students, responsibility for moral education, and responsibility in any case.
